Volunteer Positions Are Now Full!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 50th playing of the CPKC Women’s Open taking place from July 22nd – July 28th at Earl Grey Golf Club in Calgary. Each year over 1,200 volunteers dedicate their time and hard work to make the CPKC Women’s Open possible.

We have had an extremely high amount of interest in volunteering this year and at this point we have reached our maximum volunteer pool. If you are still interested in volunteering, you can sign up on the waitlist.

If a spot becomes available on one of your preferred committees, you will receive an email confirmation if and when you are moved off the waitlist onto that committee

Caddie Opportunities

The CPKC Women’s Open is looking for Caddies.

Caddies are required for two different purposes. The first are assigned to some LPGA professional players who do not bring a Caddie with them, these are referred to as Local Professional Caddies. The second are assigned to the two Pro-Ams events that operate alongside the tournament. More information on each type of Caddie is below.

Registration and Acceptance

All Caddies are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Golf Canada cannot guarantee a bag for any caddies who complete an application form.

Pro-Am Caddies

Pro-Am dates are Monday, July 22 and Wednesday, July 24. Caddies need to be available all day on their selected day.

Benefits of being a Pro-Am Caddie 

Caddies who are selected and given a bag will receive the following: 

Local Professional Caddies 

Caddies for LPGA Professionals must be available from July 22-28, 2024, inclusive. Caddies who are assigned to a professional will not be able to participate as a caddie in either the Monday or Wednesday Pro-Am.

Background Checks for Local Professional Caddies

All Caddies must complete a background check before being assigned to a player.
